This review long due !! We bought our first home and closed escrow about a month ago. We had absolutely no idea of where to begin, what to do when we started. Frances was so helpful and patiently answered all questions we had. She helped us understand the process with its nuances really well. We felt very comfortable with her throughout the process. She helped us close on our home by negotiating back and forth with the seller and we couldn't be happier with her service. During the COVID - 19 crisis, there were delays from our lenders and Frances handled this very well with seller's agent. She communicated efficiently with both our lender as well as the sellers agent to move the process forward smoothly and helped us close the escrow on time despite the COVID Crisis. We love her and would recommend her to anybody.

Outstanding agent hands down ! This review is long overdue. I have been working with Frances for the past 5 years and have closed a few home transactions with Frances and I can't say nothing but great words about Frances. These transactions have both been buying and selling homes and for each of these, Frances did an excellent job. She is very professional, understands the details of buying and selling homes and you definitely need somebody to help you navigate the details of buying or selling homes. My first encounter with Frances was as a first time buyer and she was very patient and really educated us on what to expect and guided us on every detail of the process. We have been using Frances ever since 2001 and I have also recommended her to our friends and family who have also used her services. The one thing that stands out with Frances that made us continue with her was her experience and understanding of the market. The many other great qualities is she is very aggressive when it comes to negotiating. You need this in todays market. First met Frances a couple of years ago at an open house and immediately my wife and I knew she would be able to help us with our purchase of our next home. Fast forward to December 2016, and we have now settled into a new home and we owe it to Frances and her incredible skills as an agent. The house we put in an offer had 12 other offers and she was able to negotiate our offer to be the one they picked. She is an incredible negotiator and knows how to establish a relationship with other agents which comes in handy at time of negotiations. We first used Frances to sell our home and she also did a fantastic job. Negotiating the sale of our home 50K over asking and had multiple offers within the first weekend ! There lots of great things to say about Frances. She is very confident in her abilities, knows the real estate market very well, great negotiator, and knows the bay area very well. You have a ton of choices out there but we have stuck with Frances and have also recommended her to several of our friends and family and they have the same thing to say about her.

The Best Service we ever got from a real estate agent. Frances Navarro is the best agent we ever encountered. We were looking for a house for many years, may be at least 10 years. We dealt with a lot of agents and no one beats Frances. We got our dream house within a week. This 3060 sq ft house can not be obtained any more in this very safe neighborhood even if you have more money than you need for the house. She is very experienced, responsive, patient and knows to get one step ahead of the game. After our offer was accepted she helped us getting the loan. After we bought the house she gave us free services like cleaning the whole house, free gardening services and even having fixed the appliances for free.She is very professional but she will help you like you are her own friend.
